By accessing and using ReplyTrue ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
ReplyTrue is an Instagram automation platform that allows Instagram Business account owners to create automated DM campaigns triggered by follower activity such as comments, follows, and story replies. The service operates through the official Meta Graph API.
You agree to use this service in compliance with Meta's Platform Terms, Instagram's Community Guidelines, and all applicable laws. You must not use this service to send spam, harass users, or violate Instagram's terms. Automated messages must only be sent to users who have actively engaged with your content.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activities that occur under your account, ensuring your Instagram Business account remains in good standing with Meta, and complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
You may not use ReplyTrue to send unsolicited messages or spam, impersonate other people or businesses, violate any person's privacy, send messages that violate Instagram's Community Guidelines, or use the service for any illegal purposes.
Paid features require an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time, but refunds are only provided within 7 days of initial purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
ReplyTrue is not responsible for any actions taken by Meta/Instagram including account restrictions or bans, campaign failures due to API limitations, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
