We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email address via Google OAuth), information from your connected Instagram Business account (username, follower count, post data) through the Meta Graph API, and automation campaign configurations you create on our platform.
We use your information to provide and improve our automation services, send automated Instagram DMs on your behalf to users who interact with your content, generate analytics about your campaign performance, and communicate with you about your account.
We access your Instagram Business account data through the official Meta Graph API. We use instagram_manage_messages permission solely to send automated direct messages to Instagram users who have actively engaged with your business account (by commenting, following, or replying to stories). We do not sell or share your Instagram data with third parties. We do not send unsolicited messages — DMs are only sent to users who have interacted with your content.
Your data is stored securely in encrypted MongoDB databases. Access tokens are stored encrypted and are only used to execute automations you have configured. We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure token storage, and regular security audits.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Instagram access tokens are refreshed periodically and can be revoked at any time from your Instagram settings.
We use Google OAuth for authentication, Meta Graph API for Instagram integration, MongoDB Atlas for data storage, and Razorpay/Stripe for payment processing. Each of these services has their own privacy policy.
